Biography
Jennifer K. Frediani PhD, RD, is an Assistant Professor at Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University.
Dr. Frediani is a member of the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Program at Winship.
Education
Dr. Frediani became a registered dietitian in 2003, receiving her Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics at Georgia State University and her dietetic internship at Utah State University. She then went on to earn her MS in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University in 2006. Dr. Frediani earned her PhD in Health and Nutrition Sciences from Emory University in 2014. Dr. Frediani completed two fellowships at Emory University. In 2016, she completed a teaching fellowship at Emory College of Arts and Sciences and the in 2018 she completed a research fellowship in the School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics.
Research
Dr. Frediani's research focuses on cancer survivorship and cardiometabolic disease prevention.
