Biography

Sheela Hanasoge, MBBS, PhD, is assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. A board certified radiation oncologist, Dr. Hanasoge practices general radiation oncology and has a special interest in the treatment of breast, head and neck, gynecological and genitourinary cancers. She sees patients at Loughlin Radiation Oncology Center at Grady.

Education

Dr. Hanasoge earned her medical degree at Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India. She received her PhD from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She then completed an internship in internal medicine at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan and her radiation oncology residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
