Winship researcher and neuropathologist Daniel J. Brat, MD, PhD is taking a lead role in an unprecedented international clinical trial that will attempt to find effective responses to glioblastoma (GBM), the deadliest form of brain tumor. Brat is part of a global alliance that announced the start of the GBM AGILE trial at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on November 12. Brat will serve as Chair of the Pathology and Biospecimen Committee.
