The Winship Research Informatics Shared Resource is providing services with National Cancer Database (NCDB) files for solid tumors including gastrointestinal tumors, sarcoma, breast, brain, non-small cell and small-cell lung cancers, and for hematologic malignancies. The data is available to Winship members, fellows and residents for research purposes through the Research Informatics Core. This service will be provided in collaboration with the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource.

Project requests for the 2018 ASCO and ASTRO annual meetings are now being accepted. If you are aiming to submit an abstract for either meeting, please submit your request by November 15, 2017.

Please contact Winship Research Informatics Shared Resource Director Madhu Behera, PhD, at mbehera@emory.edu to answer any questions about this service.
