Winship researchers and clinicians will present new findings at the American Society for Clinical Oncology (ASCO) annual meeting, taking place online June 4-8.

Researchers and clinicians from Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University (Winship) will present new findings at the American Society for Clinical Oncology (ASCO) annual meeting, taking place online June 4-8. The meeting will highlight top caliber scientific research from oncology thought leaders throughout the world.

The theme of the 2021 ASCO annual meeting is "Equity: Every Patient. Every Day. Everywhere." The full schedule and livestream links can be found online.

Dozens of Winship researchers will be participating in educational panels and clinical science symposia as well as oral abstract and poster sessions.

"ASCO is a tremendous opportunity for Winship’s researchers to shine," says Adam Marcus, PhD, interim executive director of Winship. "From fighting cancer with the latest, cutting edge techniques to reducing disparities that that contribute to inequity in care, Winship is helping to lead the way."
