Biography
Ms. Horne initially began her career as a registered nurse, where she served in both medical surgical and critical areas. However, the majority of her career has been as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner in medical oncology where she has the opportunity to serve both breast and GYN oncology patients. With her current position, she has also been able to serve as adjunct faculty with the Emory School of Nursing and Survivorship at Winship Cancer Institute.
Education
Ms. Horne graduated valedictorian of her nursing class from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. She then went onto complete her Master of Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2003, Ms. Horne became Board Certified as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner.
