The care provider seemed to only hear part of what I said to her and this was reflected in her notes of my visit. She seemed to be happy about treatment progress but didn't seem to really be concerned about my pain levels. To the point i asked her to speak with the oncologist

Doctor Nurse Felicia Williams as she introduced herself never addressed my main problem, but did review my CT scan. She did explain and probably doesn't understand the overall plan for my care which leaves me twisting in the wind for a year. A complete waste of time and money.

While getting the contrast dye infusion 3 weeks ago, I had EXTREME PAIN, and a huge lump appeared on my arm. My whole arm and hand cramped and I now (2 weeks later, still) have a huge hematoma and bruise on my arm at the insertion point. It bothers me at night, especially,, even though some of the swelling has gone down. I don't know if this could have been avoided, but I've never had it before with a CT Scan. Felicia was very supportive with her comments and also provided good feedback about my CT Scan results.

The NP I saw was completely uninformed and unprepared regarding the basics of my case. When I described abdominal pain that I'm experiencing, she asked if it "worsened with my cycle". I told her that I don't have a cycle and she asked if I'm taking something to stop it. I'm in surgical menopause because I have ovarian cancer. I don't feel comfortable being advised by someone so uninformed about the basics of my case.
