Biography
Chanhee Han, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Emory University School of Medicine. A board certified gynecologist, Dr. Han specializes in the treatment of cervical, ovarian, uterine, vulvar and vaginal cancer. She collaborates with the multidisciplinary gynecologic cancer team to deliver top care to patients at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital and Emory University Hospital Midtown.
Dr. Han is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Society of Gynecologic Oncology, Korean Medical Association and Korean Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Education
Dr. Han received her medical degree from Dankook University in South Korea. She also earned a Master of Science from the Catholic University of Korea. She has completed extensive postdoctoral training, with a residency in obstetrics & gynecology and a clinical fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the Catholic University of Korea, a postdoctoral fellowship in epidemiology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, a residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York, an advanced pelvic surgery fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine, and a gynecologic oncology fellowship at Yale School of Medicine.
