Biography

Kevin T. Hendler, DDS, is an associate professor in the Division of General Medicine and Geriatrics of the Department of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow in the American Society for Geriatric Dentistry, the International College of Dentists and board-certified in special care dentistry, with recognized proficiency in geriatric dentistry.

His clinical practice is primarily at Emory University Hospital at Wesley Woods where he provides comprehensive dental care to older adults and serves as director of geriatric dentistry. He is also an attending physician at Winship Cancer Institute at Emory Midtown providing dental care to patients with head and neck cancer in collaboration with the head and neck surgery team.

Education

Dr. Hendler received his DDS with honors from the School of Dentistry, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his postgraduate training in geriatric dentistry at the University of Rochester and the Eastman Dental Center.
