Andrew R. Janowczyk, PhD, is assistant professor in the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech School of Engineering and Emory University School of Medicine.

Dr. Janowczyk earned his PhD in biomedical image analysis at Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, Mumbai, India. He received his Master's degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.


Dr. Janowczyk has extensive expertise in deep learning for digital pathology. He aims to develop scalable data analysis techniques to facilitate impactful cancer research through clinical collaboration.
