Biography
Jade Jones, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. A board certified medical oncologist, Dr. Jones primarily treats patients with breast cancer at Emory University Hospital Midtown and Grady Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Jones is a member of the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Program at Winship Cancer Institute.
Education
Dr. Jones received her Medical Degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her fellowship in hematology/oncology at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where she served as Chief Fellow in her final year.
Research
Dr. Jones is passionate about improving the standard of care for patients with breast cancer from underserved and low-middle income populations both locally and abroad using cost effective and innovative strategies.
