Biography
Noreen Khan, MD is Assistant Professor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. Board certified in hematology and medical oncology, Dr. Khan treats patients with cancer at Emory Johns Creek Hospital and Emory Buford Clinic. Prior to joining Emory, she was a member of a community based hematology and medical oncology practice in LaGrange, Georgia.
Dr. Khan holds professional memberships with American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology and Georgia Society of Medical Oncology.
Education
Dr. Khan received her MD from State University of New York Downstate Medical College in Brooklyn, New York. She completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in hematology/oncology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center where she was Chief Fellow in her last year of training.
