Darren Kies, MD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine. A board certified radiologist, Dr. Kies' clinical interests involve both diagnostic and therapeutic image guided interventions with a focus on interventional oncology.
Dr. Kies is a member of the Discovery and Developmental Therapeutics research program at Winship Cancer Institute.
Dr. Kies received his MD from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of North Carolina, followed by a fellowship in interventional radiology at Emory University.
