Such a calm demeanor, reassuring nature, very effective active listening, clearly a hematology expert with ability to break down issues into explainable/lay understandable factors. Very bad doctor. No greeting or listening to patient. Make patient depressed with limited wording. No response to patient's requests and no sechedule for next test and appointment. This doctor I have to wait for 8 months after my former docotor but so disappointed with the new doctor. In one word, I cannot feel any professional and care from the doctor. If just telling me the number is going down, I can read the lab result myself.
