Biography
Soumon Rudra, MD, is assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Rudra practices general radiation oncology and specializes in the treatment of head and neck cancer, and gastrointestinal cancer. He treats patients at Winship Cancer Institute at Emory Midtown and Emory Proton Therapy Center.
Dr. Rudra serves as associate director for the Department of Radiation Oncology's Physician Residency Program.
Education
Dr. Rudra received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis, Missouri, where he was Chief Resident in his final year of residency training.
