Biography
Madison L. Shoaf, MD, MS, holds joint appointments as Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and the Deparment of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. A board certified neurologist, Dr. Shoaf's practice focuses on the management of primary brain and central nervous system tumors as well as CNS lymphoma.
Dr. Shoaf holds professional memberships with Society for Neuro-Oncology, American Academy of Neurology and American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Education
Dr. Shoaf obtained her Medical Degree and her Master of Science in Biology from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She completed her neurology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed her neuro-oncology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Duhram, North Carolina.
Research
Dr. Shoaf's clinical and scholarly focus is primary central nervous system tumors and clinical trial development.
