Biography

Colin A. Vale, MD, is assistant professor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. A board certified medical oncologist and hematologist, Dr. Vale specializes in stem cell therapy and in the treatment of patients with acute leukemia and other hematologic malignancies.

Dr. Vale holds professional memberships with American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Education

Dr. Vale earned his Medical Degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his residency at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island, where he also worked as chief medicine resident. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia to complete a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Emory University School of Medicine, where he was chief fellow in his final year.
