Dr. Xiang has been wonderful. He sits down and listens, then discusses what's going on and the options. He answered my questions without seeming like it was inconveniencing him. Too many other doctors never sit down; they stand by the door, waiting to leave as soon as possible.

I had headaches after 2 failed lumbar punctures with an NP for the healthy brain study at Emory. He was very thorough, empathetic and explained exactly what he was thinking and why he was recommending this particular treatment option.

Doctor was a great individual to talk with. Never made me feel uneasy about any of my personal medical situations concerning my stoke disability and was helpfull about speeking with someone from his office to try and get my emotional levels evened out.

Dr. Xiang is clearly busy. I'm sure he's overwhelmed with patients in his specialty. There are some days I feel that he takes the time to talk to me, and other days he just waives me through like another number. Well, whenever he isn't letting the residents see me and improperly chart on me.

Dr. Xiang is a good doctor in person. Dr. Xiang and medical team does not respond back to health portal questions. There is a history of complaints in my case, please refer to timeline of complaint.

Minimal patient contact. The team shows little care. Staff reciting from the same script. I am a number to Emory, not a person who needs help.
