Ms. Josaphs has been practicing within gastrointestinal oncology since 2004 when she began working at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on their inpatient hepatobiliary unit, serving as staff RN and charge nurse. She transitioned to the outpatient clinic setting for MSKCC, acting as the primary RN and managing the clinical practice for two colorectal surgical oncologists. After living in NY, Ms. Josaphs spent a year in Miami working for an outpatient endoscopy center before moving to Atlanta, GA and joining the Winship team in 2010. She began as one of the clinic nurses for the GI medical oncology group before accepting the role of GI Oncology Nurse Navigator in 2011.

Ms. Josaphs is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and National Coalition of Oncology Nurse Navigators.


Ms. Josaphs earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. 


Ms. Josaph's research focuses on Gastrointestinal Cancers which include cancers of the esophagus, liver, colon, rectum, pancreas, gallbladder and stomach.
