Biography

Vanessa M. Bramble, MS, MBA, FACHE, is director of network development at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. Ms. Bramble is responsible for helping health organizations to collaborate with Winship to allow for improved access to high quality cancer care, cutting edge research and continuing patient and provider education throughout Georgia and adjacent states.

Ms. Bramble has served as Director of Operations for University of Pennsylvania's Lancaster General Health Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute and Director of Oncology Services for Mountain States Health Alliance. During her previous tenures, she played key roles in total operational oversight of the outpatient oncology services as well as medical, radiation and surgical oncology practices. She also was responsible for the inpatient oncology unit. Prior to her oncology roles she served as the director of Radiology at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.

Ms. Bramble is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences, Medical Imaging Program at Emory School of Medicine. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Ms. Bramble currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Association of Cancer Executives.

Education

Ms. Bramble attended the MPM program at the Heinz School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University and East Tennessee State University's College of Public and Allied Health. She obtained her MS and MBA degrees from Western Governors University. She is a Certified Radiology Administrator and is a Registered Radiologic and Mammography Technologist. She is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
