Theresa Hoffman, LCSW, ACM provides clinical social work for patients with hematological malignancies and who are treated at the Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplant Center at Winship Cancer Institute. Before joining the Winship, Theresa worked at Emory University Hospital, specifically with neurosurgery and neurology and solid organ transplant, where she provided discharge planning, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and education to families and patients surrounding their specific needs. Theresa also brings over 13 years of child and family welfare experience, including child protection, foster care, and adoption.
Ms. Hoffman is a licensed clinical social worker and accredited case manager. She received her Bachelors of Sociology degree from Indiana University and Masters of Social Work Degree from Georgia State University.
