Tatiana Garrison Johnson, MMSc, CGC is a licensed board-certified certified genetic counselor at the Winship Cancer Institute at Emory Midtown. She is committed to providing compassionate care to individuals and families navigating their hereditary cancer risk. She works closely with oncology teams to provide patients with personalized genetic education and support.
Outside of her clinical work, she is actively involved in community outreach to spread access and awareness to genetic counseling services. She is an active mentor for prospective genetic counseling students and a supervisor for clinical trainees at the Emory Genetic Counseling Training Program.
Prior to joining Winship, she worked as a cancer genetic counselor at Beaumont Hospital in the Detroit metro area.
Education
Ms. Johnson received her Master of Medical Science in Human Genetics and Genetic Counseling from Emory University School of Medicine in 2021.
