A bioinformatician with extensive experience, Rini Pauly, MS, supports the bioinformatics analysis projects in the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University. She helps investigators analyze cancer data from several types of bioinformatics projects including, but not limited to DNA-seq studies, RNA-seq studies, Exome-seq studies, microarray gene expression analysis, Chromatin Immuno-Precipitation based gene expression studies, DNA methylation studies, pathway analysis and others. She also has extensively worked with the health informatics database development and drug discovery industry.
Ms. Pauly received her Bachelor of Technology in Bioinformatics from Mumbai University in Mumbai, India. She completed her Master of Science in Bioinformatics at
Indiana-University Purdue-University Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana.
