Biography
Kharyne Pierre, MSW, LMSW, joined the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory team in 2023. She has worked in medical social work since 2019, working primarily in a acute hospital setting at a level 2 trauma center. Ms. Pierre also has experience working within the Mental Health sector and is currently a Quality of Life. As a Quality of Life Coach, she assist other Ambitious Procrastinators through significant life transitions by creating individualized service plans and strategies and offering emotional support to aid them in improving their quality of life through education and guided help in better managing, preventing, and or recharging from work and life-related stresses due to burnout.
