Biography
Dallas Thompson, MDiv, is chaplain and spiritual health fellow at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital and Emory Buford Clinic. Rev. Thompson provides spiritual and emotional support for oncology patients and their caregivers. She is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA). She has served in pastoral care roles at First Presbyterian Church in Gainesville, Georgia since 2016.
Education
Rev. Thompson earned a Masters of Divinity degree from Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia, and completed her residency with Northeast Georgia Health System. There, she focused her learning on spiritual health in intensive care units, emergency departments, and palliative care.
