Adenocarcinoma

Treatment might include surgery using minimally invasive robotic technologies, with chemotherapy in more advanced or higher-risk cases.

Neuroendocrine Tumors

Treatment may include surgery, systemic therapy and targeted therapy, depending on the tumor characteristics. At Winship, patients also have access to peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT), a hyper-targeted treatment for advanced neuroendocrine tumors originating in the small bowel. We’re the only cancer center in the state to offer this groundbreaking treatment.

Lymphoma

Treatment might include systemic therapy like chemotherapy and immunotherapy, which boosts the immune system to find and eradicate cancer cells, depending on the subtype of lymphoma.

Sarcoma

Treatment could involve a combination of surgery, targeted therapy or radiation therapy, depending on the clinical scenario.
