There are a number of local lodging, housing and restaurant options near each of the Winship Cancer Institute locations and the Emory University campus.

You will find several options for lodging in the local area surrounding the Winship Cancer Institute, Emory University Hospital and the Emory University campus as well as Emory University Hospital Midtown.

Many hotels near Emory patient care facilities offer special rates for you and your families while staying during your treatment.

Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House

Conveniently located near the Emory University campus, the Atlanta Hospital Hospitality House provides a "home away from home" to outpatients and relatives of patients hospitalized in 21 Atlanta area hospitals. They offer lodging, meals and supportive companionship from staff, volunteers, and fellow guests, during what is often a challenging time.

American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge

The American Cancer Society's Atlanta Hope Lodge offers cancer patients and their caregivers a free place to stay when their best hope for effective treatment is away from home. Located at the Emory University Clairmont campus, accommodations at the Atlanta Hope Lodge are limited. Patients must meet requirement criteria set by the American Cancer Society and must obtain a referral from a social worker. To contact the social services team at Winship, call (404) 778-1900.

Jeffrey Campbell Evans Transplant House Foundation

The Jeffrey Campbell Evans Transplant House Foundation provides, at no cost to the transplant patient, a fully furnished two bedroom/two bathroom apartment near the Emory campus in the Atlanta area to live in with their caregiver while going through the transplant experience.

While visiting any of the Winship Cancer Institute locations, you have various options for places to eat during your stay.

At the Clifton campus location, you can visit the Mocha Delites Coffee House & Deli on the first floor or the vending machines on the tunnel floor level. There is also a cafeteria a short walk across the street inside Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and a cafeteria on the first level of Emory University Hospital Tower. Various local eateries and restaurants on or near campus offer up a wide selection of options.

If visiting Emory University Hospital Midtown, Savory Fare is located on the lobby level of the Medical Office Tower. It is open weekdays and on weekends for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Call (404) 686-2497 for additional information.

Campus Dining

Campus visitors are welcome to use Emory University's dining facilities. Visit the Emory Dining website to see the range of choices and check the current hours of operation for the different campus eateries.

Off Campus Dining

Near Winship Cancer Institute, a number of eateries are within walking distance or a shuttle ride away including restaurants at Emory Village, located at the historic entrance to Emory University's main campus, and Emory Point, a mixed-use complex adjacent to campus.
