While getting chemo at Winship for Grey Zone lymphoma, Scott Cregger got to meet football star Eric Berry, a safety with the Kansas City Chiefs and a lymphoma patient of Dr. Christopher Flowers. Lymphoma and Georgia roots are not the only things Scott and Eric have in common: Scott was an offensive lineman on his Valdosta football team, the Valwood Valients, before cancer took him out of the game.
