Wayne Hill, MDiv, is a spiritual health clinician and fellow for Winship Cancer Institute at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital and Emory at Buford Clinic. He provides spiritual and emotional support to patients with cancer.
He previously served as youth pastor at Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Roswell, Georgia, for four years, then began traveling to Uganda, East Africa, to serve with Windows Hope International Children’s Ministry, where he was board president from 2012 to 2022. In 2022, he joined Agape Hospice Care, providing compassionate and comprehensive spiritual support to patients and their families in the Athens area.
Wayne earned his theological degree from Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina, in 2011. With a passion for supporting and comforting those in need, he pursued chaplaincy through Emory University Hospital’s Clinical Pastoral Training internship and residency programs, completing four Clinical Pastoral Education units.
