Summer Scholars Visit Emory Simulation Center

Winship Summer Scholars received a hands-on learning experience they won't soon forget. The 10 high school students met recently with Emory emergency medicine physician Megan Henn, MD in a special simulation room at Emory University School of Medicine. Using CPR mannequins, the students learned how to save someone's life if they stop breathing and how to use an automated external defibrillator that can restore a normal heart rhythm.
