| | Koff Awarded AACR Lymphoma Research Fellowship | Winship oncologist Jean Koff, MD has received a Lymphoma Research Fellowship from the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR). Funding from the two-year grant will support her research project, "B cell repertoire, genetic abnormalities, and outcomes in B cell lymphoma." Koff was presented with the award Apr. 17 during the AACR Annual Meeting in Chicago.

| | | | Daddacha Receives K01 Award | Postdoctoral fellow Waaqo Daddacha, PhD in the Department of Radiation Oncology has received a K01 award from the National Cancer Institute. The five-year mentored research grant will support his project, "Understanding mechanistic role of SAMHD1 in DNA damage response and therapeutic benefit for malignant glioma."
