| | Swimmers Raise Funds for Pediatric Leukemia Research | The annual Swim Across America event at Lake Lanier was held Sept. 22 and raised over $700,000 for leukemia research. The proceeds will support a project benefiting children as well as adults, which will be led by Douglas Graham, MD, PhD (pictured), director of the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
