| | Neuro-oncologists gather for annual meeting | There was a record turnout for the Winship-sponsored Society of Neuro-Oncology (SNO) Tumor Club meeting and dinner at the Emory School of Medicine on April 1. Nearly 180 attendees of the annual AACR conference participated in the event, which included 14 oral and 30 poster presentations on a variety of brain tumor research topics.

| | | | Ahmed to keynote Cancer Cell Biology Program retreat | The Cancer Cell Biology (CCB) Research Program retreat and poster reception will feature an engaging program of speakers and interactive sessions, including a keynote lecture by Rafi Ahmed, PhD. The full-day event is free and open to all registered participants. The deadline to register for poster consideration is April 23.
