Drs. Lisa Flowers, Cecile Lahiri, Minh Ly Nguyen, Marina Mosunjac and colleagues assessed factors associated with anal precancer from the Atlanta Women's Interagency HIV Study cohort. The results were published in Clinical Infectious Diseases on March 3.

Alisha "Rae" Hunter, a PhD student whose advisors are Drs. Christopher Porter and Curtis Henry, has received an F31 award from the National Cancer Institute for her project, "Delineating the role of calcineurin in modulating the immune response in acute lymphoblastic leukemia."
