ICI launches weekly bioimage analysis course
The Integrated Cellular Imaging (ICI) Core is launching a new weekly µCourse on BioImage Analysis starting Aug. 4 through Oct. 13. No prior image analysis background is required. The course will build from the ground up to make bioimage analysis accessible to everyone.

The circle: Grief, joy, and proton therapy

Shortly after Jacynta Brewton’s twin sons arrived prematurely, doctors discovered a Stage 3 thymoma near her heart. The Emory Proton Therapy Center had just opened for patients needing targeted, precise doses of radiation, and Brewton became one of the first patients to receive treatment there.
