Modesitt, MD, a nationally recognized oncology leader and clinical investigator, has been named division director of gynecologic oncology for Emory’s Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Currently with the University of Virginia Cancer Center, Modesitt will lead Winship’s gynecologic cancers disease team when she joins Emory on March 1, 2022.
