Winship names Jones and Patel as K12 scholars

The Winship K12 Clinical Oncology Training Program has announced that Drs. Jade Jones and Sagar Patel are this year's K12 scholars. With a grant from the National Cancer Institute, the goal of the Winship K12 program is to develop the next generation of researchers and leaders in clinical oncology. During the two-year mentored training program, each Winship K12 scholar designs an investigator-initiated clinical trial and submits an extramural grant proposal to support it.
