This was my first encounter with Amanda and I got a very good first impression. She sat while she talked to me (always awesome!), held eye contact, and gave me many opportunities to ask questions. She definitely seems like a provider I can trust based on this first interaction. I look forward to working with her through my recovery. She and her staff are also very responsive through MyChart, and I really appreciate that.

I had worked myself up about this visit and came in with quite a bit of anxiety about the exam and next steps, and that could have been a challenge for some people. Amanda met me where I was, walked me through the process, helped me feel part of the decision making, and made me feel at ease, not only for the visit but for the plan going forward.
