Dr Manila Gaddh represents one of the best Emory medical specialists I have visited. She listened carefully to my medical history and took excellent notes. She answered all my questions and provided excellent and thorough information about my medical issue. She provided an excellent summary and anticipatory guidance at the end of the visit. She also offered a diagnostic test to rule out a condition that I was concerned about due family medical history and my own recent medical history. I was very pleased with Dr Gaddh and would highly recommend her based on my visit. |

Dr. Gaddh seemed inconvenienced by me. It was my first appointment so I had a hefty background to go through. She seemed to not be informed about my condition & other symptoms this condition causes according to more recent clinic studies & research. Despite my symptoms addressed she instantly wanted to revert my treatment down to medication that had been ineffective before. I advocated to keep treatment my prior Hematologist in another state had me on. She disagreed with my other doctor as far as diagnosis of comorbidity after only one appointment & no blood work. I'm a whole person, so I gave my full medical background because it all could relate to my condition. She was quick to say that's not my area for example my telling her about a tumor removed from my stomach. Dismissed many of my concerns with no explanation of why. She seemed bothered by me asking questions and wanting to be an Informed patient. She appeared to maybe be looking at old outdated information, it appeared as though there was some underlying prejudgement. Ultimately, she had cold bed side manner & because I didn't fit the stereotype for my condition she didn't seem to want to look into it further. Barely, looked at recent test result that I was concerned about. It was for sure a disappointment after waiting 5 months to get seen. |
