Jatin S. Gandhi, MBBS, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. A board-certified pathologist, Dr. Gandhi specializes in the review of genitourinary oncologic and bone-soft tissue pathology. He is a member of the Cell and Molecular Biology Research Program at Winship Cancer Institute.
Education
Dr. Gandhi received his MBBS from Indira Gandhi Medical College in Nagpur, India, and his MD from Seth GSMC and KEM Hospital in Mumbai, India. He completed his residency in anatomic pathology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed a genitourinary pathology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York, New York, and a bone-soft tissue pathology fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.

Research
Dr. Gandhi's research is directed towards identification of morphologic, diagnostic, prognostic and predictive markers in genitourinary and bone-soft tissue malignancies. He is also interested in evaluating the role of artificial intelligence as a valuable tool in pathology.
