I am concerned that information contained in charting is not correct. I understand that there is an outline for areas (SOAP) but the continual inconsistencies in reports are concerning to me. On visit 4/19/2024 MRI Femur - there were no markers place, yet it is indicated in the report there was. On visit 4/19/2024 abdomen was not checked, yet it states it was. Previous visits, multiple times more of the same - surgical report (that was finally changed to indicate I had a pneumothorax, previously stated all unremarkable) and other incidents the same with Internal Medicine department. This does not make patients feel comfortable. Either do the work that is reported OR don't do it, but don't template the records for everyone. You should know that charting is a big deal. I come to Emory because I have faith and trust in Dr. Cardona and Dr. RIzzo, but to me, the charting issues concern me

First, my doctor's assistant spoke to me concerning my health, she showed great interest in my well being. She asked questions concerning my situation and was very concerned. My doctor has always had an Interest in my well being. She explained everything that I needed to know in a way that I could understand. She made it very clear to me her plans were regarding my situation. She answered my questions clearly and thoroughly explained the details of my upcoming procedure. She is very professional. She has made me comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Dr Jennifer Glass was amazing personal showed a lot of concern about my health her service information was excellent I really appreciate her and her personality made me feel so comfortable five stars to Dr Jennifer Glass an amazing listener did not push me away then I rushed me away and that means a lot that she show care and concerned about me that's important in this industry the staff was amazing thank you all you Frontline Warriors we really appreciate you God bless you all

PA Jennifer Glass met with me to discuss the results of surveillance imaging. The day before Shernida Wheeler had called to see if I would be comfortable meeting with Jennifer instead of Dr. Cardona. I was. The imaging results were worrisome but Jennifer had already thoroughly conferred with the doctor & we discussed an action plan. I was impressed with her empathy, knowledge, calm demeanor & commitment to follow up with me soon. I left feeling I was in the good hands of a skilled team.

Dr. Cardona explained my problem very thoroughly to me and my husband. He gave us opportunity to ask questions. He had reviewed my scans so he was aware of my previous treatment. His PR skills were excellent plus.I left feeling very confident in his assessment and recommendations for continued care.
