I wrote in the previous answer, the interactions with Lisa are awkward. She is nice but I don't feel like she listens to what I'm asking. The answers she gives show she didn't listen or didn't understand what I was asking.

This could have been done over the phone and only taken 10-15 minutes. Instead I have to spend 3 hours driving, 1 hour waiting in one room or another just to have a 15 minute conversation to tell me about colonoscopies. Wasteful

PA Ho was very thorough in making me understand that I had normal hemorrhoids, including displaying a graph. She informed me about different types of hemorrhoids and that fissure hemorrhoids are torn.Also she checked me physically in the anal area to gauge the size of my hemorrhoids and detedted three. She additionally prescribed a topical cream and suggested sitz baths for treatments. She was highly trained.
