Research
Dr. Sussman's laboratory uses theoretical and computational techniques to study a wide variety of soft condensed matter systems both in and out of equilibrium. They are particularly interested in simple models of disordered solids, and try to understand how rigidity, elasticity and interesting dynamical phenomena arise from simple agent-based interactions.
