Yueming Zhu, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology at Emory University School of Medicine. A cancer biologist, Dr. Zhu is a member of the Cell and Molecular Biology Research Program at Winship Cancer Institute.
Prior to joining Emory, Dr. Zhu was a research assistant professor at Northwestern University where he generated critical preliminary science data facilitating the transitions from bench work research to clinical trial.
Education
Dr. Zhu received his PhD in Cancer Biology from the University of Iowa. He completed his postdoctoral training at Northwestern University.

Research
Dr. Zhu's research interest centers on molecular mechanisms of breast tumor progression, metastasis, and breast cancer treatment, particular from the aspects of genome stability, tumor immunology and drug development.
