New Health Record System Begins October 1

On October 1, 2022, Emory Healthcare will start using Epic, our new system for electronic health records that includes your new patient portal called MyChart. Moving to Epic will combine our multiple patient portals – Emory's Blue, Gold, HealtheLife, Eye Center and Emory Decatur portals – into a single system.

Sign up for MyChart! MyChart will replace all current Emory patient portals. After October 1, 2022, the former Emory portals will be live in a read only format for 18 months. The majority of your data will be in MyChart in October 2022. Please note: Between September 28 and October 1, 2022, portal messaging will not be available. If you have questions or need to refill prescriptions, please call your provider. Note: Not all MyChart features will be available until October 1, 2022.

The Emory Healthcare Patient Portal is a convenient and secure health-management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet.

Through the portal, you can:

  • Correspond with your Emory Healthcare team.
  • Request a prescription renewal from your Emory Healthcare team.
  • View your lab results.
  • View your health care record.
