Interested in lecturing?

Do you know a scientist doing cutting-edge cancer research who would make an excellent speaker for the weekly Elkin Lecture Series? Winship members are encouraged to nominate up to two speakers per year for the Elkin lecture. Winship as an organization represents and serves a diverse community of scientists, physicians, and patients. Therefore, we ask that you nominate speakers that cultivate and reflect our organization's value of diversity and inclusion. We are also looking for speakers with a broad spectrum of cancer interests, including basic, translational, clinical, data science, and population-based research.

Please submit your nominations with a brief description of why the candidate would be a good choice for the Elkin lecture by accessing the online form via the "Nominate a Speaker" button below.

Before speakers are formally invited, nominee forms will be reviewed and approved by Elkin Lecture Series committee. Please do not submit names of experts who have given lectures within the past three years.
