Despite telling the nurses and the resident and having the resident look at her tooth in question that chipped out they STILL removed an adult tooth . Very unhappy about that and not sure how it's going to impact her Louth later in life . |

Very little information was given about the procedure and since there was no pre authorization, when I asked about insurance, I was told they didn't know anything about that and then they wanted to proceed with imaging and molds for a surgery that wouldn't be happening for at least 9 months on a growing child. The imaging would have needed to be redone before surgery and we received no assurance that it would be covered by insurance. |

The provider did not do very well with my 2 year old on his follow up. Starting off the appointment the provider came in making a comment "I like your pants" because my son had leaked and I had to take off his shorts. She had expectations that a 2 year old would just stick out his tongue on command for a complete stranger. She told me she could not tell me if everything looked okay because he would not stick out his tongue. I am not even sure why I can for a follow up to be billed for if the provider had no means to looks at a 2 year olds tongue. She then asked me If I wanted her to stop. She then made comments to me about taking him to the dentist in the morning because of how upset he was because he had to skip a nap to come to the appointment. I took the first appointment available to be from the clinic so had no choice to bring him. She was not kind or gentle to him whatsoever. He was upset to a point I've never seen where he's gasping to catch his breathe. I was then left in the room not being told if I needed to wait or if we could leave. The appointment was a complete disappointment especially from a Children's facility that I am employed at. This person should NEVER see 2 year olds in my opinion. I'm experience was awful with this provider and would never recommend. |

We have already recommended and bragged on every aspect of this visit!!! We did not have a great experience at CHOA the night before so we came in with a bit of frustration and uneasiness. From the moment we walked in we knew our son was going to get the care he needed! And we have bragged on this office, doctor and team nonstop. |

I did not like how the doctor shelly abramowic treated us, felt that she really did not care of our concern she left us waiting the room for over 40 min and did not do nothing about my daughters pain. Felt that I just lost a day of work for literally nothing! I would really appreciate to see a diferent doctor next time! |

I will not recommend Emory Oral to anyone. Again I still don't have a surgical date or time for my child. We cannot do antibiotics because she gets C-Diff with them. There's NO urgency to take care of my daughter. |
