Asia O. Cage, MSW, provides counseling and support services for patients who have received treatment at Winship Cancer Instite of Emory University.
Asia has a joyful and empathetic heart to service the patients and families during their cancer care. She has worked in various medical settings and has more than six years of experience in servicing inpatient, outpatient, low income families and children, addiction recovery and hospice. She believes in her Masters program mission statement, “Advocacy, Empowerment and Transformation”. She exemplifies this statement to ensure she is a great example to her patients.
Education
Asia received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Dillard University and a Master of Social Work Degree from Southern University at New Orleans.
