Background
A urologist Valentina Grajales, MD, MS, specializes in urologic oncology including the surgical management of cancers of the prostate, bladder and kidney. Research
Dr. Grajales' research interests include health services research and global health surgical research in urologic oncology particularly looking at improving access to care and reducing health disparities. In addition, she conducts clinical trials to develop novel treatment strategies for patients with bladder cancer.

The communication is bad.. And lack of empathy when trying to tell them how you're feeling instead of listening to the pt. It's based upon what was taught in school instead of listening to the pt.
