A board certified medical oncologist, Dr. Inal treats oncology and hematology patients with a wide array of malignancies. Prior to joining the faculty at Emory in 2023, he was an attending physician at Peninsula Cancer Institute/ Riverside Health System in Newport News, Virginia.

Dr. Inal completed his Doctor of Medicine at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York.

He's knowledgeable both about possible diagnoses for me and about my chart in particular. I never feel like I have to reexplain all of my symptoms to him. He takes very detailed notes AND reviews them prior to my appointment. I am beyond thrilled with the level of care he provides and I am in the process of switching my other healthcare providers to emory just so he will have access to their assessments/test results/ect.
